This wallpaper design was inspired by the release of The xx's third album I See You, and hence features their infamous x symbol at the centre of the design. The subtle geometric base pattern for both the x and the background were first created and coloured in Illustrator. The design was then imported into Photoshop where I used a selection of filters, overlays and masks to darken the design and give the final hazy finish.
